The Buick Envista Will Debut in China, but What About US?
Recently, we announced that Buick released the all-new, never heard or driven before, Envista. The automaker recognizes the vehicle as an “urban compact SUV” made exclusively for China. While America patiently frolics around with the Buick Enclave, Encore GX, and Envision. The Chinese market has an exceptional lineup of sedans, minivans, and SUVs.

The luxurious Buick Envista will start at around $21,000 for the Chinese market. Envista enthusiasts will receive wireless Apple Carplay, wireless device charging, and an over-the-air support system. Additional features for the opulent SUV include a 10.25-inch infotainment screen and the all-new Tune Melody 3D surround sound system. Moreover, the Envista offers perforated leather seats and a flat-bottom steering wheel for that plush appeal.
The compact Buick SUV will be the first vehicle to sport the new tri-shield logo in history. In addition, the Envista embodies a coupe-like charisma with its low-positioned grille, oblique headlights, and commanding snout. Moreover, the Buick SUV appears active even at a standstill thanks to its flowy lines along the body surface and an impeccable athletic-appealing fender.
The Envista comes to life through the 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine yielding 181 horsepower with a continuously variable transmission. That’s sufficient power for a vehicle harboring a 106.3-inch wheelbase and a length of 182.6-inches.
While it is unsure whether or not the Buick Envista will find its way to the US floor showrooms, regardless, what is known is that General Motors trademarked the Envista through the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2019. So who knows, Buick may have a special surprise for the American market.
